Simpson is a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a Master of Arts degree in elementary education and early childhood. She is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Cameron Elementary School in Fairfax County (Va.) Public Schools.
Walaszczyk is a graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and a graduate of National University with a Master of Forensic Science degree. He is employed by the U.S. government.
A June 27 wedding is planned at Calvary United Methodist Church, Pittsburgh.
