Megan Renee Butterworth and John Charles Davidson were united in marriage Saturday, April 5, at Swan Point (Md.) Yacht and Country Club. Mary Rahall was the officiant for the outdoor sunset ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Sally and Lynn Butterworth of Bellaire.
Parents of the groom are Kathy and Charles Davidson of Bear, Del.
Alice Butterworth, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Rodger Davidson, brother of the groom, served as best man.

A reception was held at Swan Point Yacht and Country Club.
The bride is a graduate of St. John Central High School, a graduate of Coastal Carolina University and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a master’s degree in marine science. She is employed in Herndon, Va.
The groom is a graduate of John Dickinson High School, a graduate of the University of Delaware and a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a master’s degree in electrical engineering. He is employed in Baltimore, Md.
The couple reside in Crownsville, Md.
