Charlene Marie Porta and Andrew Charles Weisal II were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at Stone Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Robert Nagy officiating.
Parents of the bride are Jim and Eythle Porta of Wheeling.
Parents of the groom are Andrew “Pooch” and Joyce Weisal of Wheeling.
Jamie Frey, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Sandy Harris served as best man.
Other attendants included Amy Dotson, Lauren DeCrease, Katelyn Weisal, Alexandra Frey, Jack Walters, Bruce McNeil, Cody Weisal, Brennen Frey and Adam Kotson.
The bride is a graduate of West Virginia University and is employed by AT&T Mobility as a retail sales consultant.
The groom is a graduate of the West Virginia State Police Academy and is employed by the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office as a deputy sheriff and also is a staff sergeant with the West Virginia Army National Guard.
After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple will reside in Wheeling.
