Edward and Rebecca Scott of Dallas announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Scott, to Chadwich Michael Colvin, son of Mark and Debbie Best of Moundsville.
Scott is a 2006 graduate of Bishop Donahue High School and a 2011 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is pursuing a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner at Wheeling Jesuit University. She is employed as a registered nurse at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown.
Colvin is a 2003 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University. He is a former police officer and currently is employed at the U.S. Department of Justice.
An Aug. 2 wedding is planned in Wheeling.
