The IDEA Center on the campus of West Virginia Northern Community College on Thursday night hosted a special igloo building program. Children created their own mini igloos before working together to start a large igloo made out of plastic gallon jugs. Once completed, the plastic recycling endeavor will create a cool new reading corner at the center.
