Francis "Frank" Xavier Duff III, 69, of Wheeling, WV, died Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born December 5, 1955, in Philadelphia, PA, son of the late Francis Duff II and Marion Nimar Duff.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ralbusky Duff; children, Jessica (George) Frangos, Eric Duff and John (Ashley) Duff; grandchildren, Alex, Grace and Gloria Frangos; and sisters, Dee Dee Vorce and Ellen Mary Collins.
Per Frank's wishes, there will be no services.
Frank would like to thank all the people who have helped him.
Memorial contributions may be made in Frank's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
