FAIRVIEW -- The Pennyroyal Opera House will host a bluegrass show today, Friday, May 17, featuring Brother Randall and Friends.
Brother Randall and Friends is a working-class bluegrass band with members from the Wheeling area. With traditional bluegrass and bluegrass gospel being their specialty, listeners can also expect to hear some classic country, folk and even a touch of classic rock. The band members include Greg Miller on fiddle, Clinton Curry playing guitar, Jeff Strautman on bass, Randall Curry playing guitar, Ben Peace on banjo and Bob Haglock playing dobro.
The opening band for the night will be Wills Creek. The kitchen and doors open at 5 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person, and those ages 12 and under will be admitted for free.
