FAIRVIEW -- The Pennyroyal Opera House will play host to a bluegrass show today, Friday, March 8, featuring Northwest Territory.

The Northwest Territory Bluegrass Band has been performing its own unique style of music since its first performance back in 1989.

That style is inclusive of not only bluegrass music but also, country, folk and gospel. This quartet of musicians has a harmony blend that is sure to please with a variety of vocal duets, trios and quartets, as well as outstanding lead vocals. They approach each and every song differently, which makes the song list distinct and varied.

The choice of material is both traditional and modern, as well as pleasing to a wide spectrum of audiences.

The opening band for the evening will be The Red Brush Band.

The kitchen and doors open at 5 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person, and guests age 12 and under are admitted for free.

The Pennyroyal Opera House consists of a 100-percent volunteer staff and is located in Fairview, Ohio, just off Interstate 70 at exit 198.
