When our members of Congress pat themselves on the back for jobs created during a certain period, most of which aren't sufficient to support a family, why is it that we never hear about jobs lost, business closings, layoffs and bankrupt filings.
It seems as if all they care about is making TV coverage and increasing their own wealth.
If only they could quit fighting among themselves and do what's good for the country instead of themselves. A few more years like this and people will not recognize this country.
It would be great if we could get one good honest person for president. Always hope, but it doesn't look good when you see our top contenders.
