Joe Manchin. What a hypocrite.

Preach about the need to rein in spending and then bragging about a $50 million grant to some business.

All you people in Congress are the same, talk out of both sides of your mouth.

How many of these grants have you bragged about, Sen. Manchin?

Some people are sorry to see you go.
