This deer population issue has never been present in the past.
Currently, deer feeding has not been monitored and stopped by Oglebay.
I have witnessed trucks with old produce dumping the load. Oglebay officials are responsible for deer being fed and the upcoming suffering.

Over population of deer at Oglebay will continue, as well as the massacre being repeated, while feeding deer continues, without policing in the premises. Note how tame they are in the picture in the newspaper.
