Reopen the Manchester Bridge

Editor, News-Register:

Well Mr. Mayor, Gov. Jim Justice announced that there is money available for bridges that are not owned by the state, something like $500 million.

So is the city of Wheeling going to try to replace the Manchester Bridge?

This would open up that area of town that has been neglected for many years!
