As the state (suffers from COVID-19), Gov. Justice will wave around millions of dollars worth of giveaways to entice people to get their shots. This money could and should be used for what it was intended to be used for, COVID-19 relief!
Help people with lost income due to quarantine, hospital and funeral costs, transportation to and from doctor appointments and the list goes on and on. How about a six-month moratorium on state income tax collections?
Don't get me wrong, I love dogs! I own two and love them dearly. It's evident from the infection rate that throwing away money on material items isn't doing a thing to lower the increasing rate of infection.
Please Gov. Justice, be a leader.
