Wilsons Celebrate 67 Years

Robert and Helen Wilson of West Alexander, Pa., celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary on June 5 with a family anniversary party.

They were married at the Dallas Methodist Church in Dallas, W.Va.

Helen is the daughter of the late Melvin and Margaret Johnson Winters.

Robert is the son of the late Luther and Anna Toland Wilson.

Helen is a retired nurses' aide. She is a writer and a member of the National Poetry Association. Robert was a tank commander in the Korean War and retired as first vice chair of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees of the CSX Railroad.

They are the parents of Lourae and husband Bill Rayl of West Alexander, Bruce and Priscilla Wilson of Guston, Kentucky, and the late Dennis and Mark Wilson.

They are grandparents to Chris and Mark Clutter, Jeffrey and Peter Wilson, Chelsea Carter, Chrystal Engistrom and Cathryn Walton.

They have seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild that is due in October.

They are members of the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter Day Saints in Washington, Pa. They spent 16 winters in Haines City, Fla., after retiring.
